One secretary is allocated to undertake commands from the chief secretary, and to supervise and manage the legal, confidential, mobilization, conciliation and collation affairs etc. The orders for documentation, general affairs, official seal, files, legal system, research information, national indemnification, convenient service to people and other tasks will be designated and supervised by the chief of district to personnel. |
